This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking direction to the learned Principal District Munsif cum Rent Controller, Alandur, to dispose of R.C.O.P.No.14 of 2016 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 1/4

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, the eviction petition was filed on the ground of demolition and reconstruction in 2016, which is still pending for cross examination of R.W.1. 3.

Considering the fact that, the petition was filed in 2016 and this case is pending for 5 years and this case was part-heard, the learned Principal District Munsif cum Rent Controller, Alandur, is directed to dispose of R.C.O.P.No.14 of 2016, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

This Civil Revision Petition is disposed of accordingly. However, there is no order as to costs.
