ORDER

It is represented by the Additional Public Prosecutor that the complaint lodged by the defacto-complainant is pending for the enquiry and the presence of the petitioner is required for concluding the enquiry at the earliest.

2.The petitioner's counsel represents that he is ready to cooperate with the respondent police and also appear before the respondent police on any date as may be fixed by this Court for concluding enquiry. 3.Taking into consideration the abovesaid factors, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on 06.01.2021 for the purpose of concluding the enquiry and the respondent police is also directed to conclude the enquiry expeditiously without any delay. 2/4
