Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed the condition that the petitioners shall stay at Chennai and report Anna Nagar Police Station in Crl.O.P.No.10818 of 2018 order dated 12.04.2018 until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.RAJENDIRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.PRABAKAR, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by this court in Crl.M.P.No.7029 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.No.10818 of 2018 on 12.04.2018.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are the natives of Vellore District and they have been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P.No.7029 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.No.10818 of 2018 on 12.04.2018 regularly without any deviation, and hence, he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that already investigation has been completed and chargesheet has also been filed. He further submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly without any deviation.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly without any deviation from the date of release and also the fact that the chargesheet has been filed, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P.No.7029 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.No.10818 of 2018 on 12.04.2018 is fully relaxed. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of.
