(Order of the court was made by the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) The appellant has filed the above Miscellaneous Petition seeking to amend the cause title by including one more private respondent in the Writ Appeal.

2. The appellant has filed the Writ Petition only against three official respondents and the private respondent was not a party in the Writ Petition.

3. The present Miscellaneous Petition filed to amend the cause title cannot be allowed for the reason that by way of this prayer, the appellant cannot seek to induct a new party. In such view of the matter, we are not inclined to order the above Miscellaneous Petition. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
