ORDER

This Petition has been filed to relax one of the conditions stipulated in the Judgment in Crl.A.No.393 of 2026 dated 09.04.2026. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) confirms that the Petitioner/Appellant has been so far complying with the order. 3.

Recording the same, the stipulation in Paragraph No.9(iii) imposed on the Petitioner/Appellant in Crl.A.No.393 of 2026 dated 09.04.2026 that " the appellant shall appear before the second respondent police everyday at 06.30p.m., until further orders", is modified to the effect that " the Petitioner/Appellant shall appear before the respondent police on

every first working day of every English Calender month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. The other conditions imposed earlier shall remain intact.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 18-06-2026 VV To
