The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent made a submission that the order passed by this Court 02.07.2021 in W.P.No.13718 of 2021 has been complied with and produced a proceedings of the Sub-Collector, Tindivanam.

However, the respondent is directed to act as per the order passed by the first respondent in the writ petition viz. Sub-Collector, Tindivanam, immediately without any further delay. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed. However, there is no order as to costs.
