This contempt petition is filed for the non-compliance of the order made in W.P.No.15348 of 2021, dated 27.07.2021.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Veluchamy, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent submitted that the respondent had complied with the order of this Court made in W.P.No.15348 of 2021, dated 27.07.2021, and pass final order dated 17.10.2023. The learned Additional Government Pleader also produced a copy of the order dated 17.10.2023 and the said order copy has also been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioners, today.

2. In view of the same, I do not find any reason to keep the contempt petition pending. Accordingly, this contempt petition stands closed. If the petitioners are aggrieved by the order passed by the Page No.2/4

respondent, it is left open to the petitioners to challenge the same in accordance with law.
