kas 2.The order passed in the writ petition to pay the last drawn wages U/s.17 (B) of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947, for the period between 19.11.2010 and 17.09.2018 is reported, by the learned Senior Counsel, to have been paid and in support of such statement, the respondent had filed an affidavit which incorporates his submissions in paragraph No.3.

3.In view of the payment made, the disobedience alleged cannot be termed to be wilful in nature. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed. 4.In case the petitioner is of the view that there are further dues of the last drawn wages as ordered by this Court, liberty is hereby granted to make an appropriate representation, which shall be considered by the respondent on its own merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of the representation. Consequently, the Sub Application (OS) No.662 of 2023 is closed.
