ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.18130 of 2024 dated 20.12.2024 in Crl. O.P. No.23154 of 2023 directing the Petitioner to appear before the respondent police on the 1st Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order passed in Crl. O.P. No.23154 of 2023 dated 09.10.2023 on the condition to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders and the said condition was subsequently modified from time to time and at last, the condition was modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on the first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders, as the petitioner had complied with the condition regularly as directed by this Court in Crl.O.P. No.23154 of 2023. Now, the condition to appear before the respondent police on the 1st Saturday of every month, is severely affecting the petitioner's day-today employment and hence prays to modify the condition.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent Police has strongly objected for modification stating that the petitioner has not at all complied the condition imposed on the petitioner vide order dated 20.12.2024 that he shall appear before the respondent police on the 1st Saturday of every month, even for a single day.

4. Considering the fact that the petitioner has not at all complied the condition even for a single day, this Court is not inclined to consider the prayer of the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. 22-06-2026 MJS Note:
