This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.8879 of in Crl.O.P.No.12872 of 2022 on 08.07.2022, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police twice in a week (i.e.) on every Tuesday and Thursday at 10.30 A.M.

and 05.30 P.M. until further orders

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
