(Order of the Court was made by S.Nagamuthu,J.) Today, when this Habeas Corpus Petition was taken up for hearing, the victim girl, along with her mother, appeared before the Court. The mother and the learned counsel told us that this Habeas Corpus Petition may be dismissed, as not pressed.

2. Since the detenue has returned home and since the petition is also not pressed, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed, as not pressed.
