..Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India directing the respondents to provide a vehicular ramp to the petitioner in the proposed peripheral road in section III concerning Thiruvallur By pass to Sriperumbur on NH4 (30.10kms) in S no. 425/1A1, 425/1B1, 425/1A2, and 425/1B2 Ikkadu Village, Tiruvallur Taluk Tiruvallur District as sought vide petitioners representation dated 10.05.2023 and 12.05.2025 to enable access to the petitioners land and pass.

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representations made by the petitioner on 10.05.2023 and 12.05.2025, wherein the petitioner is seeking for providing vehicular ramp to the property belonging to the petitioner.
2. When this writ petition came up for hearing on 16.03.2025, this Court directed the learned Government Advocate to take instructions on the representations made by the petitioner. The matter was directed to be listed for hearing today.
3. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate produced the written instructions from the Divisional Engineer of Tamil Nadu Infrastructure Development Corporation. On going through the same, it is seen that the authorities have considered the representations made by the petitioner.
4. In view of the above, the decision taken by the sixth respondent shall be conveyed to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the petitioner is aggrieved, it is left open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
