PETITION under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the 2nd respondent in his notice No.40/GF (Civil Authority) LIN/2013-778 dated 26.11.2013, quash the same and direct the 3rd respondent to extend the petitioner's stay visa for a period of five years on the basis of the petitioner's application dated 21.5.2008.
