Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.B.BALAMURUGAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S. S.KARTHIKEYAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m. and 05.30 p.m. until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is irregular in appearing before the respondent police. He has not appeared before the respondent police for the past two months.
