ORDER

(Made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.) Seeking a direction to respondents 1 and 2 to produce the petitioner's daughter namely, Nirosha, aged about 17 years, from the illegal custody of respondents 3 to 7 before this Court and to handover to the petitioner, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed.

2. Today, Mr.R.Venkatesan, Special Sub-Inspector of Police, Kalambur Police Station, is present.

3. On instructions, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, submitted that the victim girl has been secured in Kalambur Police Station Crime No.2707 of 2020 and the girl to be produced before the Judicial Magistrate, Arani, for further proceedings.

4. Recording the same, the habeas corpus petition stands closed.
