ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 16.06.2021 to register the document.

2. Heard, Mr.B. Mahendra Naidu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. The petitioner presented Koor Chit along with three partition deeds for registration before the first respondent. However, those documents were returned and refused to register the same.

4. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that now the first respondent instructed the petitioner to re-present those documents for registration.

5. Considering the above, the petitioner is directed to re-present the Koor Chit along with the original three partition deeds for registration before the first respondent and on receipt of the same, the first respondent is directed to consider the same and register, if it is otherwise in order.

6. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
