ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the 1st & 2nd respondents to take appropriate legal action against the respondents no.3 and 4 based on the petitioners representation dated 11.04.2026.

2. The learned Government Counsel submitted that, on receipt of the complaint, 2nd respondent forwarded the complaint to DCB-I, Salem for enquiry and now the enquiry is under progress.

3. In view of the above, DCB-I, Salem is directed to conduct enquiry based on the petitioner's representation dated 11.04.2026 and dispose of the same within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order.
