ORDER

By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. Since no adverse order is passed against the private respondent, notice to the private respondent is dispensed with.

2. This writ petition has been filed for a direction, directing the 2nd respondent herein to remove the obstruction put on the Thirumal Nagar 3rd Street by the 3rd respondent on the western side of the road based on the

petitioners representation dated 27.03.2026.

3. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner is the resident of the house bearing No.33/5, Kulakkarai 2nd Street, Poovirunthavalli, Poonamallee, Chennai. It is the grievance of the petitioner that the third respondent has put up permanent shed and blocking the passage. Hence, the petitioner made representation to the official respondents seeking to take action on 27.03.2026 which is pending without consideration till date. Hence, this writ petition.

4. Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court without going into the merits of the case directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.03.2026 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

6. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed. 23-06-2026 dhk Index:Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order
