This miscellaneous petition is filed seeking an extension of time to approach the Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum, since the petitioner has not filed any appeal pursuant to the orders of this Court dated 27.03.2023 in time.

2. In view of the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the miscellaneous petition, the petitioner is permitted to file a petition before the Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum within a period of two weeks from today.

3. Accordingly, the Miscellaneous petition stands disposed of.
