ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.12.2020 and consequential direction to give promotion along with all monetary benefits based on the petitioner's seniority within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Since the second respondent has passed an order dated 03.05.2021 in Rc.No.38409/2020/N1, and the same has also been challenged in the subsequent writ petition in W.P.No.26133 of 2021, the prayer in this Writ Petition has become infructuous.

3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
