2. Learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent has no objection for deleting the name of the 2nd respondent from the cause title and all other records pertaining to this Writ Petition.

3. In view of the above, Registry is directed to delete the name of the 2nd respondent from the cause title and also from all other records pertaining to this Writ Petition wherever her name is reflected.
