ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the deposit of 20 percentage of the compensation amount within sixty days imposed in the order dated 04.06.2026 in Crl.M.P.No.1/2026 in Crl.A.No.119/2026 on the file of Principal District and Sessions Court at Tiruvallur by waiving the 20

percentage of the compensation amount.

2. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, considering the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is inclined to extend the time for complying with the direction issued by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge at Tiruvallur, vide an order dated 04.06.2026 in Crl.M.P.No.1/2026 in Crl.A.No.119/2026.

3. Accordingly, the time for complying with the order dated 04.06.2026 in Crl.M.P.No.1/2026 in Crl.A.No.119/2026 is hereby extended by a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that no further extension will be granted to the petitioner.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
