ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 8(c), 20(b)(ii)(B) of Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 in Crime No.1118 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was found in illegal possession of 1.2Kgs. of Ganja and the same was seized by the respondent police. Hence, the law enforcing agency registered a case against the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. However, on instructions, he further submitted that the petitioner, without prejudice to his rights, on his own volition, is ready to abide any condition imposed by this court. Hence, he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner was found in possession of 1.2 kgs. of Ganja and there are two previous cases of similar nature pending against the petitioner. Hence he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstance of this case and the fact that there are two previous cases pending against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
