This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner without any due process of law.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the respondents would submit on the complaint given by Jaleel, enquiry has been conducted in C.No.G3/24677/3907/2021 and the same has been closed on 18.01.2022. He would further submit that the second respondent police are not harassing the petitioner. 3.It is made clear that now the complaint has been closed and the respondents police shall not call the petitioner under the guise of enquiry and harass them.
