This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the 1st and 2nd respondent to file the final report in Crime No.07 of 2021 on the file of the 2nd respondent.
2.When the matter came up for hearing on 03.08.2023 this Court passed the following order:
The learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that an earlier petition was filed before this Court by the accused person to quash the FIR and the said petition was dismissed. At that point of time, it was brought to the notice of this Court that the investigation has been completed and final report was filed before the concerned jurisdictional Court on 6.1.2022. When the petitioner applied for the copy of the final report, it came to light that no final report was filed. In view of the same, the present petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent Police.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor shall take instructions in this regard and report before this Court. 3.Post this case under the same caption on 10.8.2023. 2/4
3.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the case is now pending before the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruvallur in S.C.No.184 of 2023. 4.Recording the same, this criminal original petition is closed. 17.08.2023 Index : Yes/No Internet : Yes/No Speaking/Non-Speaking Order ssr To
