ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in Crime No.166 of 2018 registered by the respondent police for the offence under Sections 465 and 468 of IPC.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have filed Crl.O.P.No.16846 of 2018 before this Court seeking to quash the further proceedings in Crime No.166 of 2018 pending investigation on the file of the respondent. He would further submit that this Court has granted stay of all proceedings by order dated 03.07.2018.

3. Since the further proceedings in Crime No.166 of 2018 has been stayed, there is no apprehension of arrest. This petition is dismissed for the present granting liberty to the petitioners to

approach this Court, after dismissal of the said Crl.O.P.No.16846 of 2018.
