The learned counsel for the petitioner sought the permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to approach the Appellate Authority by way of an appeal and has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2.In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The petitioner is granted liberty to approach the Appellate Authority. On filing of an appeal by the petitioner, the Appellate Authority can proceed with the appeal on merits, without being influenced by the dismissal of the Writ Petition. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
