The present criminal original petition has been filed to call for the records and quash the same as against the petitioner in FIR No.133 of 2013 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Namakkal.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in Crime No.133 of 2013, after completion of investigation, charge sheet was filed before the concerned Court and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.31 of 2013.

3. Since charge sheet was already filed in Crime No.133 of 2013, I am of the opinion that nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. Hence, recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the present criminal original petition is closed.
