ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The Writ of Habeas Corpus has been instituted to direct the respondents to produce the petitioner's brother Minor Ashok Chakaravarthy, S/o.Venus, aged about 14 years before this Court and handover him to the petitioner. 2.The minor Ashok Chakaravarthy, S/o.Venus, along with his mother is present before this Court.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the minor is not in illegal detention and living with his mother. That being so, the Habeas Corpus Petition is not entertainable and consequently stands dismissed. [S.M.S., J.] [V.S.G., J.] sli 20.08.2024 Index :
