ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who was remanded to judicial custody on 22.08.2021 for the offence under Section 397 of I.P.C. in Cr.No.650 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.It is the case of the prosecution that the petitioner is alleged to have trespassed into the house of the defacto complainant and committed theft of 399 grams of gold and 2,450 grams of silver. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit out of 399 grams of gold and 2,450 grams of silver stolen by the petitioner only 250 grams of gold were recovered.
