This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to dispense with the production of the certified copy of the judgment in C.C.No.101 of 2020 on the file of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chengalpattu dated 09.06.2022.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.
3.On a perusal of the records, it is seen that the judgment in C.C.No.101 of 2020 has been passed on 09.06.2022, however, the revision petitioner has applied for the certified copy only in the month of September, 2022. The petitioner has not stated any sufficient reasons as to why he did not apply the certified copy immediately. 4.The reasons stated by the revision petitioner are not satisfactory. Therefore this miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
5. However, the learned counsel for petitioner is directed to file a certified copy of the above judgment in due course. On receipt of the same, the Registry is directed to number the revision, if it is otherwise in order. 05.09.2022 ms
