This miscellaneous petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court to complete the registering formalities of vehicle in the name of the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3.On a perusal of the records, it is seen that this Court, by an order dated 28.03.2022, directed the petitioner to complete all formalities within a period of three weeks. However, the petitioner has not complied with the said conditional order within the stipulated time. Thereafter, after expiry of four months, the petitioner has now come up with the present petition seeking extension of time to comply with the conditional order of this Court dated 28.03.2022.

4. In view of the above and the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being not satisfactory, this Court is not inclined to extend the time as prayed for and the earlier order dated 28.03.2022 passed by this Court stands cancelled. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed. The respondent/Police is directed to take action and work out the remedy in the manner known to law.
