ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Walaja to complete the trail in C.C.No.39 of 2023 within stipulated period of time prescribed this Court.

2. Heard the submissions of learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Walaja, to expedite the trial in C.C.No.39 of 2023 and complete the same, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report before this Court after completion of the Trial.
