(made by P.Velmurugan, J.) When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners sought permission of this Court to withdraw this criminal miscellaneous petition and he has also made an endorsement in the Court bundle to that effect.

In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
