This writ petition has been filed directing the 1st and 2nd Respondent to issue Transfer Certificate to the petitioner's Two Sons namely (i)M.N.Subarashakan - XII B - Admission No.1069 (ii)M.Mukunth - IX C - Admission No. 3893 who studied in St. Pius X Matric Higher Secondary school for the academic year 2019-2020.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with and the Transfer Certificate has been issued to the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Counsel also produced the written instructions received from the Chief Educational Officer, Chengalpattu in this regard.
