ORDER

Pursuant to the order dated 24.06.2025, the learned II Additional District Judge, Tiruchengode in D.No.863/2025, dated 01.07.2025 has furnished a report, requiring two months of time to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.141 of 2021.

2. Recorded the said report of the learned II Additional District Judge, Tiruchengode.

3. In view of the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, notice to the respondent is dispensed with. The learned II Additional District Judge, Tiruchengode, is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.141 of 2021 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs.
