The complaint given on 23.06.2024 to the Soundarapandianar Angadi Police Station for the alleged theft and the conspiracy by the employee working in the diamond jewels manufacturing factory is now sought to be transferred to CCB Chennai.

2. In view of the technicality involved in committing the crime and manipulation of the accounts to the tune of Rs.1,84,00,000/-, since the investigation is at very nascent stage. The present Investigating Officer is the appropriate person to decide whether the investigation of the crime required any other specialized agency or not. Hence, the petition to transfer the investigation is dismissed as pre matured. 26.07.2024 Vv 2/4
