No 480/4 measuring to an extent of 2.35 acres situated at Berigai Village, Shoolagiri Taluk, Krishnagiri District within a stipulated period.

ORDER
With the consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondent to consider the representation dated 29.06.2024 for issuance of patta in petitioner's name with respect to the properties comprised in S. No.479/2A, 479/2B measuring to an extent of 4.32 acres and in S.No.480/4 measuring to an extent of 2.35 acres situated at Berigai Village, Shoolagiri Taluk, Krishnagiri District within a stipulated period.
3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.
4. The case of the petitioner is that he is the absolute owner of the property to an extent of 6.67 acres in Berigai Village by way of registered sale deed dated 08.06.2024. The grievance of the petitioner is that though he has given a representation to the respondent for issuance of patta, the same has not been considered by the respondent till dated. Hence, the present Writ Petition. 2/4

Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.06.2024 and pass appropriate orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
