The parties are hereinafter referred to as per their description in the Writ Petition for the sake of convenience.

Since the Petitioner has already filed the Miscellaneous Petition in W.M.P. No. 16862 of 2020 to implead the legal representatives of the deceased Second Respondent, Learned Counsel for the Second Respondent and the Proposed Respondents seeks permission of the Court to withdraw this Miscellaneous Petition and he has made an endorsement to that effect in the court record.

In such circumstances, recording the said clarification made, this Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
