C.M.P.No.21784 of 2021 in S.A.No.683 of 2007 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., This petition has been filed by the petitioner / appellant to condone the delay of 280 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st respondent in S.A.No.683 of 2007.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 & 3/respondents would submit that he has no objection in allowing the present petition.

3.Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed.
