Seeking quashment of the impugned order passed by the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.15910/G1/2010 dated 05.07.2010 and for consequential relief, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the relief sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous and nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. 3.Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of as having become infructuous.
