ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition has been filed for limited relief, seeking to dispose of E.P.No.49 of 2019 in C.S.No.994 of 2016 on the file of the III Additional District Judge, Thiruvallur, Poonamalee, expeditiously. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 1/4

3.Considering the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

4.The petitioner has filed E.P.No.49 of 2019, for executing the joint memorandum of compromise that was entered into between the parties. In fact, the proceedings were settled before the National Lok Adalat as early as on 22.04.2018 and despite the agreement was entered into between the parties, the decree holder did not able to see the colour of the coin. 5.In view of the above and considering the fact that the decree is passed on the compromise entered into between the parties and the execution is pending from 2019, the III Additional District Judge, Thiruvallur, Poonamallee, is directed to dispose of E.P.No.49 of 2019 in C.S.No.994 of 2016 pending on its file, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.
