ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM,J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to trace out and produce the detenue by name Vanitha, daughter of the petitioner.

2. The petitioner is not present, whereas his counsel is present.

3. The second respondent, viz., Sub Inspector of Police, Thalaivasal Police Station, Attur Taluk, Salem District, has produced the detenue and she has been enquired and it is ultimately found that she is the daughter of the petitioner. Further, she represented that she married the third respondent, by name Gurunathan.
