The instant writ petition has been filed challenging the suspension order dated 08.04.2025.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the suspension order, the petitioner restricted his prayer that if any time limit is provided to the respondent to conclude the enquiry, that would satisfy the petitioner.

3.At this juncture, the learned Standing Counsel would submit that the respondent would complete the enquiry, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.In such view of the submissions, without going into the merits of the case, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the respondent to conclude the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioner in pursuance of the suspension order dated 08.04.2025, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If there is any due in respect of subsistence allowance, the petitioner is given liberty to give representation to the respondent. If any such representation is received, the respondent shall consider the same upon its own merits and in accordance with law and pass orders as expeditiously as possible.

5.The writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
