This petition has been filed to call for the records concerned in Cr.No.702 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police and quash the

same.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the first respondent police after completion of investigation in Crime No.10 of 2020, filed the final report in C.C.No.1104 of 2022 on the file of the learned XVII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
