The Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to bring on record the respondents 2 to 7 herein as the legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant viz., Kokila @ Kokilambal and array them as appellants 2 to 7 in the above Second Appeal.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection for allowing this petition.

3. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
