The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the main domestic violence complaint preferred by the respondents 1 and 2 has been dismissed for non-appearance of the complainants on 08.03.2024 and therefore, the prayer sought for in the civil revision petition has become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. Recording the same, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected civil miscellaneous petition is closed.
