ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the respective respondents submitted that, though the petitioner has come up with the present criminal revision challenging the order of dismissal dated 01.07.2022 passed in Crl.MP.No.1342 of 2022 in CC.No.43 of 2018, filed seeking to permit the petitioner to mark certain documents in strength of his case, however, subsequently, the complaint in CC.No.43 of 2018 itself ended in acquittal on 14.12.2023, which fact was not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. In view of the above, this Court is of the view that nothing survives for further adjudication in the present revision and accordingly, this Criminal Revision Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.
