Ms.Inthu Karunakaran Government's Counsel For R1 to R3 Order This writ petition has been filed seeking direct to the respondents to remove the remarks as Conditional Patta in the Village A Register and to issue Patta in the petitioner's name for the petitioner property in S.F. No.337/5 measuring 1.73 Acres situated at Suriyampalayam B Village, Erode Taluk, Erode District by considering the petitioner representation dated 20.05.2026. 2.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner made a representation dated 20.05.2026 seeking to remove the remarks as Conditional Patta in the Village A Register and to issue Patta in the petitioner's name for the petitioner property in S.F. No.337/5 measuring 1.73 Acres situated at Suriyampalayam B Village, Erode Taluk, Erode District. However, the said representation was not considered by the respondents. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

3.Ms.Inthu Karunakaran, learned Government's Counsel, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 20.05.2026 will be considered and disposed of within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government's Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3. 5.Considering the submission made by both parties and in view of the limited prayer sought for in this writ petition, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the 3rd respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 20.05.2026, on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the joint patta holder, if any, within a period of eight
