This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register the complaint dated 24.02.2020 within a stipulated time fixed by this Court.

2. It is seen that the petitioner has lodged complaint before the 2nd respondent on 24.02.2020 and the same is still pending without any progress.

3.In view of the same, the 2nd respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry, on the complaint lodged by the petitioner after issuing notice to the petitioner and the respondents and dispose of the same, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
